All requested weights are subject to change due to operational factors that may affect the flight, such as weather and aircraft availability.

If you anticipate having any “Dangerous Good” (such as petrol, kerosene, LP Gas, paint, pepper spray and batteries of any type or size) on your flight, please indicate that on your Flight Request. Dangerous Goods must be declared before flight. For flights departing from Aiyura, all Dangerous Goods must be delivered to the Aviation Hanger two full working days prior to the scheduled flight.

Any cancellations will incur a K50 cancellation fee if done between 7 and 5 days prior to the flight. Cancellations less than 5 days before the flight will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the fare or K50, whichever is greater.

If the amount of weight actually carried on the date of the flight is less than 85% of the booked weight, the total booked weight may be charged to you the customer.

If you are using an account number from another SIL entity or Wycliffe Global Alliance organization through the PMC system, you must provide the three (3) digit entity code and the eleven (11) digit alpha numeric account code. If these codes are not given to the Flight Coordinator, your personal account will be charged.

SIL PNG Aviation cannot be held liable for failure to meet a connecting flight. SIL PNG Aviation will make reasonable efforts to deliver passengers and cargo for connections as requested in a safe and timely manner. SIL PNG Aviation reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee and/or may not be able to accommodate required travel needs in the event a connecting flight prior to your SIL flight is cancelled or delayed. Please allow ample time for connections. If you would like more information please query your SIL PNG Flight Coordinator.
